We don't rush food.
We let it breathe.
Every sourdough starter we maintain has been fed and tended for years. Our doughs ferment slowly — sometimes 48 hours — because flavor can't be rushed.
We source from farms we know by name. We order in small batches because freshness isn't a marketing claim — it's a practice.
And we keep our grocery shelves honest: if we wouldn't serve it to our own family, we don't stock it.
"Good food is the simplest form of hospitality. We're just trying to be hospitable."
